HELLO FROM MEXICO!
After spending a day in Mexico City we are now in a small sleepy town in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by the wildlife and the soundtrack of the jungle. This picture was the last image of me in a somewhat dressed state. Now I live mostly in bikinis and tees, my hair drenched in sea salt and my skin shiny from the hot sun. I am once again reminded, that my body thrives in the tropics and that I am supposed to live by the ocean.
I wake up to the sound of the ocean outside my windows, I spend days among honey skinned people who spontaneously hug strangers and talk of love, they don’t care about combing their hair or shaving their faces, they open up and share their experiences, most don’t have full time jobs or goals and all are seeking.
I don’t think I will ever get used to unshaven legs and hairy armpits on girls, but strangely enough it has helped me with getting rid of the feeling of judgement, when it comes to all things “standard”.
I have done up to 4 meditations a day and somehow it seems not enough. I drink out of coconuts and I eat sitting on the floor. I talk to stranger and I study up to 6 hours a day. I have so much to tell you, but I will say only one thing for now- I am learning about Tantra with one of the best teachers I have ever met.
More to come soon!
