Katerina is a yoga teacher based in Moscow. Having received a degree in economics she started out as an aspiring manager at a multinational corporation. However, soon she set off to explore herself and the world outside the comfortable and limiting boundaries of a corporate environment. She downshifted, traveled and worked with children. Finally, having completed her teacher training on Bali, the island of Gods, she found her true passion in teaching yoga. Right now lives in a dynamic city of Moscow where change is the only constant.
Girtrude Belle is a complex urbanista. She has a few too many academic degrees and a few too many shoes. She has studied law, philosophy and comparative literature but would mostly like to talk about thrift shopping, beauty and how to find perfection in an imperfect world. You can speak to her in English, Russian, Hebrew, French and Spanish. She’ll understand but will probably reply in English. A New Yorker for the past 15 years, she grew up in Tel Aviv and San Francisco with stints, long and short, in Santa Monica, Chicago, Mexico City and Paris. She swears she’ll leave it all behind one day to raise goats and chickens….
Born and raised in the Big Easy, Kimberly followed the call of palm trees to the West Coast, where she studied Creative Writing at Stanford as an undergrad—and stayed on to earn an MA in Media Studies. She took her love of writing into the real world, working on the ad agency side for years as a copywriter turned creative director (very Peggy Olsen), where she picked up lots of shiny trophies for cool campaigns. She ran an editorial team at Sephora for two years before returning to the agency world to focus on branding—specializing in beauty, high end restaurant concepts, alcoholic beverages and female-focused products.
Kimberly is a Burner, on the core team for Big Imagination Foundation and The 747 Project. And she currently lives in SF with her dog, Hemingway (who she tries to keep away from the booze and the pills) and her husband Jake (he can make his own decisions).
What can you expect from her? Stories about inspiring women, stylishly told. Statements, boldly presented. Smiles, consistently spread. And coffee cups, the size of her head.

She firmly believes that positive change in our society will occur through education, awareness, and passionate storytelling.
Hi! I'm the founder of this site.
Welcome to our tribe!
Born in Azerbaijan, I have lived in Sweden and France only to end up in New York. My 18-year long, life-changing romance formed and shaped who I am today in many ways. I found my tribe in the Big Apple, but I call the world my home.
Here I write about my personal journey, told through my photography, travels and my notes on everything from spirituality to radical self-expression.
